Welcome to the build catalogue! Here you will find guidelines for material and EP costs for different types of housing, interiors and structures.
There are a lot of options, and listing them all would be impossible. Use this catalogue as a guideline Your creativity is the only limit!
Build time is measured in days or weeks. Time-to-progress required is defined as follows:
Below you will find cost for different types of houses. If a house is marked as TBD there is no preset cost yet, but you are still free to open a BR and inquire with the build team.
Availability of all options is at DM Discretion.
Costs for each type of housing is displayed from left to right.

Pictured: A small square gaming table with a deck of cards spread across it. Nearby, a cup, dice and a pile of coins suggest an ongoing game. The table is softly illuminated by a candle. Two comfy chairs accompany the table.
Cost analysis:

Cost analysis:
Total cost: 14 EP, 36 BP, 1 Table, 4 Chairs, 1 Rug
These are by no means the limiting means of build requests, but you can use this to determine the cost of some of the most basic build requests.
All Required Resources are listed in the following format: Lumber / Granite / Lead / EP. Build Time. Other Requirements.
Unless otherwise defined, all prices reflect a 1x1 Grid square in the toolset, or roughly 10m x 10m.
Please keep in mind that these are general guidelines and cover most build requests. However, costs are flexible and may vary based on modifications, context, or other factors. Final pricing is always determined by the build and DM team.
Two main structures can be very helpful for more easily completing your build requests.

When submitting a Build Request for a locked object (e.g., container, door, gate), most locks can be lockpicked unless barred from one side. Lock DCs are determined using the following formula:
Lock type | Difficulty class |
---|---|
Copper | 20 + Tinkerer ECL (Max 20) + Minor random variation |
Bronze | 25 + Tinkerer ECL (Max 20) + Minor random variation |
Iron | 30 + Tinkerer ECL (Max 20) + Minor random variation |
Locks crafted by Tinkerers will have their DC labeled and can be installed with DM assistance. Non-consortium or hamlet leadership will incur an EP cost to change/add locks, provided it’s plausible in-game.
Keys start unsecured, allowing anyone with a Key Mold Kit to copy them. More secure key variations require a higher check (D20 + Tinkerer ECL) to duplicate.
Changing the locks on an existing door comes with a flat cost of 10 EP per lock changed, and a 240 BP requirement. Like when building lockable doors, you must also provide the lock to be used.
There is no restriction against changing the locks on someone elses door without their consent, but keep in mind that other characters will be able to put a stop to, or oppose, such actions.
DMs will oversee and regulate, to make sure all lock changes are done fairly in the spirit of the game.
