Ghostwise halflings were the most uncommon of Toril's three major halfling subraces. Ghostwise halflings were generally very concerned (some might say obsessed) with family and clan. They do not experience as much wanderlust as the other halflings subraces.

Speak without Sound You should play your Ghostwise Halfling as though they lose this ability upon coming to Narumer, however that impacts them, all telepathic communication does not work on Narumer.
