Prerequisite: bard, curse song
Specifics: A discordant melody disrupting the concentration of enemy spellcasters. Enemies within a huge area of the Bard playing a Dissonant Chord suffers Spell Failure as well as a penalty to their concentration checks. 10% Spell Failure and -1 to their checks for each 3 modified Perform ranks (To a maximum of 50% and -5).
Song effect duration is 1 round for every modified perform rank.
